7、s.Someofthesenotesarehelpfulininterpretingthepoem,butsomearearguablyevenmorepuzzling,andmanyofthemostopaquepassagesareleftunannotated.ThenoteswereaddedafterEliot'spublisherrequestedsomethinglongertojustifyprintingTheWasteLandinaseparatebook.Thirtyyears
