1、《板式无砟轨道施工监理细则》 前 言无砟轨道是客运专线主要轨道结构形式，无砟轨道施工具有技术新、工艺新、材料新、设备新等特点，施工质量受工艺控制、工序衔接、实施环境、现场管理等因素影响敏感度高，所以监理对现场施工的工艺工序，环境变化，综合管理等监督管控工作是否有力将直接影响到无砟轨道的施工质量，同时监理人员的责任心、业务水平将直接影响到无砟轨道施工质量的可靠性及可追溯性。因此在无砟轨道施工中监理工作尤为重要。 为确保无砟轨道施工质量，使无砟轨道施工中监理工作具体化、程序化、规范化，公司组织各参建监理单
2、位特编制本细则。 本细则以《客运专线无砟轨道铁路工程施工质量验收暂行标准》（铁建设【2007】85号）、设计文件及监理规范为基础，同时参考铁道部新颁标准和技术条件，主要编写的根据有： 《高速铁路设计规范（试行）》（TB10621-2009）； 《高速铁路工程测量规范》（TB10601-2009）； 《客运专线铁路无砟轨道铺设条件评估技术指南》（铁建设【2006】158号）； 《客运专线无砟轨道铁路工程施工质量验收暂行标准》（铁建设【2007】85号）； 《高速铁路CRTSⅡurbanarea2.5.2Yibi
