1、前血关合2018-03-2910:29:48中国现代医生2018年5期瞿正旭［摘耍］戸的探討复方血栓通胶囊联合疑苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月〜2017年1月我院住院治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变患者70例，根据治疗方法不同分为观察组35例、对照组35例。两组均予皮下注射胰岛素或口服降糖药治疗，控制患者空腹血糖<7.0mmol/L,餐后2h血糖<9.0mmol/Lo同时指导患者饮食，给予降压和降脂治疗。对照组予疑苯磺酸钙片口服，3粒/次，每天3次，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合复方血栓通胶囊口服

2、，500mg/次,每天3次，两组均连续治疗5个月。结果治疗后，观察组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组，两组疗效组间比较差异具有显著性(x2=8.732,P<0.05)。两组患者的视力及视野情况治疗后较治疗前均明显改善，其中与对照组治疗后比较，观察组患者的视力明显提高，视野MD值明显缩小，组间比较差异显著(PV0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊联合疑苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变效果确切,叮使患者的视力明显提高，改善视功能，值得临床推广和应用。［关键词］糖尿病视网膜病变；复方血栓通胶囊；疑苯磺酸钙；视力；视野［中图分类号］R5
