1、妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效观察钟三姣郑铁柱(湖北省汉川市新人民医院湖北汉川431600)【摘要】冃的：观察和分析妇科恶性肿瘤患者围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓的发生及其治疗效果。方法：选取2013年8月到2015年2月我院收治的76例妇科恶性肿瘤患者，按照是否采用预防治疗方式分为两组，其屮治疗组38例妇科恶性肿瘤患者采取了预防下肢深静脉血栓治疗，对照组38例妇科恶性肿瘤患者没有采取预防血栓治疗为。在术前、术屮、术后采取预防措施和早期治疗，判断下肢深静脉血栓及帅栓塞形成的概率。结果：治疗组妇科恶性肿瘤患
2、者中形成深静脉血栓的患者为1例，通过采用相对应的治疗，患者均康复，并且没有发生肺栓塞。由于对照组没有采用预防血栓治疗，因此效果比治疗组的效果差，其屮发生深静脉血栓12例,发生肺栓塞2例，两组显着差异具有统计意义,P<0.05o结论：通过对妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期对下肢深静脉血栓的评估，强化风险意识教育，积极妥善地进行术前术后治疗，可明显降低围手术期下肢深静脉血栓形成几率。【关键词】妇科恶性肿瘤；下肢深静脉血栓；围手术期【中图分类号】R714.62+5【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1003-5028(2015)7-017
