1、妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓的发生及其预防治疗李景(济宁肿瘤医院，山东济宁272100)【摘要】R的：观察和分析减少妇科恶性肿瘤患者围手术期深静脉血栓的发生及其预防治疗。方法：选取2012年8月到2014年8月我院收治的64例妇科恶性肿瘤患者，按照是否采用预防治疗方式分为两组，其屮治疗组32例妇科恶性肿瘤患者采取Y预防丁肢深静脉血栓治疗，另外32例妇科恶性肿瘤患者没有采取预防血栓治疗为对照组。在术前、术屮、术后采取预防措施和早期治疗，判断卜肢深静脉血栓及肺栓塞形成的概率。结果：治疗组妇科恶性肿瘤患者只有1例在

2、手术后形成深静脉血栓，采取有效治疗后均治愈，没有1例发生肺栓塞。对照组未采取预防血栓治疗，12例患者出现深静脉血栓，2例出现肺栓塞，治疗组明显好于对照组(P<0.05),差异显著具有统计意义。结论：通过对妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期对丁肢深静脉血栓的评估，强化风险意识教育，积极妥善地进行术前术后治疗，可明显降低围手术期卜肢深静脉血栓形成几率。关键词：妇科恶性肿瘤；卜肢深静脉血栓；围手术期；发生；预防治疗【abstract】objective:toobserveandanalyzereducingperioperative
