1、乙酰半胱氨酸对乙肝肝硬化失代偿期的患者临床观海南省人民医院海南省570311摘要:目的观察乙酰半胱氨酸对乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者的临床效果。方法:回顾了2015年3月〜2016年4月在我院住院治疗的诊断并治疗的乙肝肝硬化失代偿患者122例的临床资料,随机划分为对照组及治疗组61例。对照组进行异甘草酸镁降酶、腺苷蛋氨酸退黄、维生素K1补充凝血因子等措施。治疗组较对照组加用0.9%生理盐水250ml+乙酰半胱氨酸4.0Bid静点,连续10天。观察患者血清胆红素、凝血酶原及谷丙转氨酶水平。结果:在血清胆红素、凝血酶原及谷丙转氨酶改善方面,治疗组及对照组治疗前后均有效(P<0.05);
