1、肘关节创伤应用螺旋CT三维成像临床效果观察李鑫陈里(四川省什那市人民医院四川什那618400)【摘要】目的:分析探讨肘关节创伤应用螺旋CT三维成像临床效果。方法:选取我院2013年5月〜2015年5月收治的50例临床可疑脱位、骨折的肘关节创伤患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行螺旋CT三维重建以及X线平片检查,对其图像结果进行分析。结果:经过CT检查以及手术后随访后确诊45例患者有骨折,一共有58处。17处为橈骨近端骨折,19处为尺骨近端骨折,22处为肱骨下端骨折。多处骨折在X光平片上无法显示出来。但是在经过螺旋CT三维立体扫描后,SSD、VR、MPR图像除了能够将骨折块与骨折线较为肓观、
2、立体的显示出来,并找出受累关节腔内游离的小碎骨外,还能够将25例患者合并有关节周围软组织肿胀或者关节囊积液清楚的显示出来。结论:应用螺旋CT三维成像对肘关节创伤患者进行诊断,能够更好的显示患者骨折的部位以及移位的程度,能够很好的弥补X光平片的不足,为复杂骨折的诊断奠定良好的基础,在临床上值得广泛推广。【关键词】肘关节创伤;螺旋CT三维成像;临床效果【中图分类号】R445【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)07-0042-02ObservationonClinicalEffectofApplyingSpiralCT3DImagingtoElbowInjuryLiX
