1、碉啥术在自溺娩中的究2018-03-2910:29:48中国现代医生2018年5期李柯莉[摘要]目的探讨无保护会阴接生技术在自然分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2〜10月在我院进行分娩的60例口然分娩的单胎产妇作为研究对彖,把按照随机数字表法平均分为两组各30例,观察组釆用无保护会阴接生技术进行接生,对照组釆用会阴保护接生技术进行接生,对比分析两组产妇的会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、剖宫产率、产后出血率以及对医院接生的满结果观察组产妇在会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、剖宫产率以及产后出血率方面均明显低于对照组产妇,两组比较差异有统计学意义(PvO.05)。在满意度
2、方面,观察组产妇明显高于对照组产妇,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论在孕妇口然分娩的过程中,采用新式的无保护会阴接生技术能够改变传统的接生助产“一刀切”的现象,降低产妇的会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、剖宫产率以及产后出血率,减轻产妇在分娩过程中所受的痛苦,促进产妇产后的快速恢复,产妇对于接生的过程与效果也比较满意,是一项较为理想的自然分娩接生技术,值得临床行广泛推广应用。[关键词]无保护会阴接生技术;自然分娩;满意度;应用效果[中图分类号]R714.3[文献标识码]B[文章编号]1673-9701(2018)05-0054-03[Abstract
