1、碉啥术在自溺娩中的究2018-03-2910:29:48中国现代医生2018年5期李柯莉［摘要］目的探讨无保护会阴接生技术在自然分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2〜10月在我院进行分娩的60例口然分娩的单胎产妇作为研究对彖，把按照随机数字表法平均分为两组各30例，观察组釆用无保护会阴接生技术进行接生，对照组釆用会阴保护接生技术进行接生，对比分析两组产妇的会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、剖宫产率、产后出血率以及对医院接生的满结果观察组产妇在会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、剖宫产率以及产后出血率方面均明显低于对照组产妇，两组比较差异有统计学意义(PvO.05)。在满意度

2、方面，观察组产妇明显高于对照组产妇，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论在孕妇口然分娩的过程中，采用新式的无保护会阴接生技术能够改变传统的接生助产“一刀切”的现象，降低产妇的会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、剖宫产率以及产后出血率，减轻产妇在分娩过程中所受的痛苦，促进产妇产后的快速恢复，产妇对于接生的过程与效果也比较满意，是一项较为理想的自然分娩接生技术，值得临床行广泛推广应用。［关键词］无保护会阴接生技术；自然分娩；满意度；应用效果［中图分类号］R714.3［文献标识码］B［文章编号］1673-9701(2018)05-0054-03［Abstract
