1、伤椎置钉联合经椎弓根椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折48例报告吴任涛孙景福王虎刘晓雷罗军郭伟华刘小鹏广东医科大学附属东莞市厚街医院骨科摘要：A的探讨伤椎置钉联合经椎弓根椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析48例采用伤椎置钉联合经椎弓根椎体内植骨术治疗的胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料，观察患者术前、术后1周、术后12个月X线片，比较手术前后Cobb角、伤椎相对高度;观察有无内固定失败(也拈内固定折断、折弯，椎弓根钉拔出等)。结果所有患者均得到随访，无内固定松动、断裂等发生，术后12个月、术后1周患者Cobb角(3.42±3.73)、(2.56±1.17)°及伤椎相对高度(95.79±2.81

2、)%、(96.54±3.43)%均优于术前(19.56±3.94)°、(55.43±14.58)%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12个月患者Cobb角及伤椎相对高度与术后1周比较，差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论伤椎置钉联合经椎弓根椎体内植骨治疗可有效恢复胸腰椎骨折患者的伤椎椎体高度，重建脊柱的稳定性，减少并发症，明显促进患者的术后康复。关键词：伤椎置钉;经椎弓根椎体内植骨;胸腰椎骨折;收稿日期：2017-08-25Reportof48casesofthoracolumbarfracturestreatedwithpedicularscrewandtranspedicul
