1、XS-800I血细胞分析仪血小板参数提供不全的原因分析李艳孙家祥叶敏(四川德阳市人民医院检验科四川德阳618000)【摘要】目的：探讨XS-800I血细胞分析仪血小板参数不全的原因及解决方法。方法：对XS-800i血细胞分析仪血小板参数提供不全的122例标木，按仪器血小板的计数结果分为正常组(300×109/L>PLT>100×109/L)、低值组(PLT<70×109/L)2组，分别行显微镜人工血小板计数，并涂片染色观察红细胞和血小板的形态。结果：(1)12
2、2例血小板参数显示不全的标木中,PLT直方图异常85例，占69.7%;小RBC(MCV<75FL)57例，占46.7%;涂片可见大血小板者36例，占29.5%,血小板有聚集或卫星现象者56例，占45.9%,RBC形态不完整或有碎片者24例，占19.7%。(2)与显微镜计数结果比较,正常组仪器血小板计数结果差异只有统计学意义(P<0.05),而低值组则无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论：对仪器血小板参数缺失或提供不全标木应引起足够重视，均应进行显微镜人工计数，并积极查找原因，方能保证血小板计数结果的准确性。【关键词
