1、宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的手术方法及临床效果探究湖南省双牌县人民医院湖南永州425200【摘要】目的：研宄宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的手术方法及临床效果。方法：将2014年5月一2016年1月在我院接受治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者65例纳入到木次研究，根据随机数字表法将上述子宫内膜息肉患者分为2组，分别为宫腔镜组33例和齊通组32例。普通组手术方法为子宫内膜息肉常规切除；宫腔镜组手术方法为子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜治疗。就两组患者息肉切除时间、操作过程失血量、术后住院时间和子宫内膜息肉治疗总有效率进行比较，并对比治疗前后患者经量评分和月经期改变。结果：宫

2、腔镜组子宫内膜息肉治疗总有效率高于普通组，P<0.05。宫腔镜组患者息肉切除时间、操作过程失血量、术后住院时间均少于普通组，P<0.05。治疗后宫腔镜组患者经量评分和只经期均明显降低，降低幅度大于普通组，P<0.05。结论：宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的手术方法及临床效果确切，可有效缩短手术时间，减少出血，改善患者临床症状，加速患者术后康复出院，值得推广。【关键词】宫腔镜：子宫内膜息肉：手术方法；临床效果[Abstract]Objective：Tostudytheoperationmethodandclinicaleffectofhyste
