2、ionandoperation.The“heat”asaspecialcommoditybetweenproducersandconsumers,howitspricereflectsthecostsandbenefitsofproducersandthevaluebelongtoconsumershasbecomeacontradiction.Thispaperadoptsfieldresearchandliteratureresearchmethods.FirstitanalyzestheheatingmarketsituationandproblemsofHar

3、bin.Andmakeacontrastwiththeothercitiesoutsidetheprovinceonchargingmethod.Thenclassifyandexplaintheinfluencingfactorsofheatpricing.Atlastconstructthepricingmodelofresidentsheatingandmakethepricecalculation.Afterthatitanalyzesthecoststructureofdifferenttypesofsamplesandexploreitsdeep-seat

4、edreasons.Onthisbasis,putforwardpolicyrecommendationsaboutthepricingmechanismofresidentsheating.Bymeasuringanalysis,thecurrentpriceofresidentsheatinginHarbinisatareasonableandaffordablerangeandstillhasspacetoreduce.Heatingcostsaffectthepricemostlyandthebasicelementsthataffecttheheatingc

5、ostsmostlyarefuelcosts,laborcostsanddepreciationoffixedassets.Thetrendofthecomprehensivecostandthepricemovementofthecoalarebasicallythesame.Buttheproportionofcoalcostsshowsadecliningtrend.Thecostsofcogenerationaregenerallylowerthanboilerroomareaandscatteredsmallboilers.Andsocialbusiness

6、costsaregenerallylowerthanthepropertyheatingGroup.Groupheatingcostsarehigherthanthesocial,ontheonehand,theinstitutionsarecomplexandmanagementisnotinplace;ontheotherhand,itisalsorelatedtobearingmoresocialresponsibilitysuchasacceptingheatingtasksabandonedbythescatteredsmallboilersandmoreo
