3、iedtotheperformanceevaluationsystemoftheChinesemediagroupinthenewperiod.Withtheriseofthenewmediaandcutting-edgetechnology,Chinesemediagroups,whichdependonthedevelopmentoftraditionalmediaandwanttoobtainsomestatusofthecompetitivelandscape,needtoimprovetheawarene
4、ssandresearchofstrategicmanagement.Theymustconsiderdevelopmentfromastrategicheightandestablishclearstrategicobjectiveswhichshouldnotonlybechallengingbutalsobefeasible.Theyneedattachimportanceofstrategicfocusandmakecoordinationofdifferentdepartmentsinordertotak
