2、llyappliedtofinancialindustry,iscalledthefinancialserviceoutsourcing.Theoutsourcingofthefinancialindustryoriginatedfromthe1970s,developedrapidlyinthe1990s,atpresent,inallventures,thesizeoftheglobalfinancialindustryoutsourcingonlycameinthemanufacturingsectorafter.Largenumbe
3、rofdomesticbanks,especiallysmallandmedium-sizedcommercialbanks,theirsmaller,limitedfunds,manpower,energyandtechnology,managementexperienceislacking,itcanonlyrelyonexternalforcessuchasoutsourcingtosolvemoreperfectfinancialserviceissuesbyprovidingfinancial,credit,investmenta
4、ndleasing.Thelevelfinancialserviceoutsourcingtocommercialbankperformanceneedstobeprovedstrictly,suchastoproducebeneficialeffectsoradverseeffectsandtheextentofinfluence.Thispaperfirstexploresthesignificanceofthetopic,andconductedareviewoftheliterature,definessomerelatedconc
5、epts.Putforwardthedivisionoflaborandthetheoryofscaleeconomy,transactioncosttheory,valuechaintheory,corecompetencetheoryandthetheoryofreengineeringthebankisacommercialbankserviceoutsourcingsupporttheory.Secondly,introducedevelopedcountry′financialserviceoutsourcingsituation
