1、正交设计法优选六月青多糖胶囊提取工艺葛文漪,黄建春,陈兆霓,焦阳,张士军,黄仁彬*(广西医科大学药理学教研室,南宁530021)[摘要]目的:优选六月青多糖胶囊提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:选用L9(34)正交试验设计方法,分别对水煎煮及醇沉两个步骤进行优选,以多糖含量为水煎煮工艺评价指标;采用苯酚-浓硫酸法测定总多糖含量,以多糖含量和收率为醇沉工艺综合评价指标,确定最佳提取工艺参数。结果:六月青多糖胶囊最佳提取工艺为生药材加10倍量水,每次煎煮2h,煎煮3次。水提液过滤、合并、浓缩至含生药0.5g·mL-1,7倍量95%乙醇沉淀12h,沉淀1次。结论:优选出的工艺条件,经验证其结果稳定、合理
