2、注的热点，各界对于各种新型融资模式的讨论也层出不穷。为了缓解各地地方政府的压力，改善公共租赁住房的融资现状，拓宽公共租赁住房的融资渠道，增加社会资金的参与积极性，急需创新融资机制，探索适合我国公共租赁住房建设的融资模式，并将公共租赁住房的投资运营和管理监督结合起来，使得公共租赁住房具备长期的可持续发展。本文从公共租赁住房的重要性出发，分析其现阶段的融资困境，提出REITs这一融资模式，通过阐述其概念和优势，并借鉴国际成功运用REITs融资的经验，总结出适合我国公共租赁住房建设的REITs融资模式。关键词：公共租赁住
