6、.2.乙方可获得工作期间的意外伤害保险。PartyAshallpurchaseaccidentinsuranceforPartyB.3.乙方在中国享有以下假期和假日：元旦，春节，“五一”劳动节，国庆节以及法律、法规中所规定的其他节日。PartyBisentitledtothefollowingpaidholidaysandfestivalsinChina,includingNewYear'sDay,SpringFestival,MayDay,NationalDayandotherholidaysstipulatedbyC
