5、ss.Inhisbookof TheBusinessCycle,he(1939)proposesthecomprehensivetheoryofinnovation,andfirstputsforwardthe"innovation"isanindependentvariablethatimpactsoneconomicgrowthandsocialchange,buthedidnotconducttheresearchontechnologicalinnovation,becauseinnovationitselfisnotthestudyobjectforSch
6、umpeter.S.C.Solopresentedthetheorythattheformationoftechnologicalinnovationisdependentonthenewideasandtherealizationanddevelopmentofthepoststagein1950s,andhecarriedoutthestudyonthetechnologicalinnovationforthefirsttime,whichisknownasthefirstmilestoneofthestudyontechnologicalinnovation.
