1、锁定内支架微创技术治疗胫骨中下段复杂性骨折宋君涛冉林川(新乡医学院第三附属医院骨科河南新乡453000)【摘要】目的：讨论锁定内支架微创技术治疗胫骨中下段复杂性骨折。方法.•对2011年3月至2013年7月在我院进行手术治疗的110例胫骨中下段复杂性骨折的患者，随机进行分组，分为对照组及实验组，每组均为55例患者。对于实验组的患者给予锁定内支架微创技术进行治疗，对照组的患者给予外固定架进行治疗。对两组患者的住院时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况、疗效进行比较。结果：实验组患者的骨折愈合时间及住院时间较对照组患者明显降低，其有显著性差异(P<0.05),实

2、验组患者的优良率较对照组患者明显增加，具有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组患者术后并发症发牛.率较对照组患者显著降低(P<0.05),说明其異有统计学意义。结论：运用锁定内支架微创技术治疗胫骨中下段复杂性骨折可以提高疗效，降低不良反应发生率，明显缩短愈合时间及治疗时间，减轻患者痛苦。锁定内支架微创技术对治疗胫骨中下段复杂性骨折有着十分重要的意义，临床值得推广。【关键词】锁定内支架微创技术胫骨中下段复杂性骨折临床疗效【中图分类号】R687【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2014)03-0065-02ResearchonMinimal
