4、thedetoxificationofxenobioticsaswellasinsecticideresistanceininsectpest.Inthepresentstudy,twonovelfull-lengthcDNAsofCBRofthecottonbollworm,Helicoverpaarmigera(Hübner)wereamplifiedbymeansofreversetranscription-polymerasechainreaction(RT-PCR)andrapidamplificationofcDNAends(RACE)techniques

5、.Thesequencingresultsshowedthatthetranscriptswere1809bpand1518bpforHaCBR1andHaCBR2,respectively,including969bpand939bpofcompleteopenreadingframe(ORF),whichencoded322and312aminoacidsrespectively.TheputativestructureandfunctionofHaCBR1andHaCBR2werepreliminarilyanalyzedbySMARTprogram.Ha

6、CBR1andHaCBR2(GenBankaccessionnumbers:HQ638220andHQ190046)showedhighidentitieswithCBRsofotherspecies.TheexpressionofHaCBR1andHaCBR2mRNAwasdetectedbyreal-timequantitativepolymerasechainreaction(RT-qPCR)inmostdevelopmentalstagesofH.armigerawiththeexceptionofeggs,aswellasintissuessuchas
