1、Synphilin1寡核苷酸对帕金森病酪氨酸羟化酶表达的影响论文【摘要】目的探讨Synphilin1对帕金森病(PD)酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)表达的影响。方法50只SD大鼠随机分成5组,每组10只。PD组大鼠右侧黑质注入6羟多巴3μL制作PD模型,反义组、同义组、错义组分别注入Synphilin1反义寡核苷酸、同义寡核苷酸、错义寡核苷酸各3μL,正常对照组右侧黑质注入2g/L抗坏血酸生理盐水。取鼠的术侧脑黑质制作切片,利用免疫组化方法检测Synphilin1表达,利用免疫组化、ethodsFiftyhealthymale
2、SpragueDaodelsadebyunilateralstereotaxicinfusionof3μLof6hydroxydopamine(6OHDA)inrightsubstantianigra.Antisensegroup,sensegroupandmissensegroupissenseoligonucleotidesrespectively.Controlgroup:natriumsalinemunohistochemistry,andexpressionofTHproteinandmRNAimmunohi
