3、symptomsofallergicrhinitis,nasalrhinorrheaandsneezing,arkablyaugmentedafterovalbuminapplication.ThenasalrhinorrheasymptomdiminishedafterBTXAtreatment.ThequantityofnasalsecretionptominAR+BTXAgroupatoxylinandeosinstainingdemonstratedthatnoedema,smallvesselsa,vasodi
4、lationalandinflammationcellinfiltrationmunohistochemicalstudyrevealedthatVIPimmunoreactivefibersatthenasalmucosadecreasedmarkedlyafterBTXAapplication,butalargenumberofVIPfibersentisaselectiveandnontraumaticmethodtoreducealonglastingdesensitizationofthenasalmucosa
