1、·提要目的：为经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路应用双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效提供真实可靠的临床资料和实验数据支持。方法：本研究病例来源于2010年3月至2011年3月期间于山东中医药大学附属医院骨科病房符合纳入标准的肱骨髁间骨折的住院病人32例，均采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双接骨板内固定手术治疗，术后积极指导功能锻炼，预防并发症的发生。分别于术后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月门诊复查，拍摄X线片观察判断骨折愈合情况，并检查肘关节功能活动情况，术后12个月应用Mayo肘关节功能评估指数进行肘关节评分，观
