2、oidentifythesefactors;however,mostarelimitedtotheintroductionofhigh-levelfactorsortotheidentificationofthemeansofsuccesswithinonlyaspecificcontext.Thispaperpresentsaholisticframeworkofsuccessfactorsaswellastheassociatedmeansforachievingsuccess.Thisframeworkintroducesninefactors,namel
3、yculture,leadership,communication,Informationtechnology,strategicalignment,people,projectmanagement,performancemeasurementandmethodology.Eachofthesefactorsarecharacterizedfurtherbydefiningsomesub-constructsandundereachsubconstructthemeansforachievingsuccessarealsointroduced.Thisframe
4、workincludingmeansforachievingsuccesscanbeusefulforBPMprojectstakeholdersinadequatelyplanningtheinitiativeandcheckingtheprogressduringtheimplementation.Thissectionpresentstheresearchfindings,whichincludesadetailedpresentationoftheBPMsuccessfactorsandmeansframework.（1）CultureCultureis
