1、附录一:英文原文MEANSOFACHIEVINGBUSINESSPROCESSMANAGEMENTSUCCESSFACTORSBusinessProcessManagement(BPM)inrecentyearshasbecomeahighestpriorityareaformostorganizations.Sincethisconceptismultidisciplinary,successinthisendeavourrequiresconsideringdifferentfactors.Anumberofstudieshavebeen
2、conductedtoidentifythesefactors;however,mostarelimitedtotheintroductionofhigh-levelfactorsortotheidentificationofthemeansofsuccesswithinonlyaspecificcontext.Thispaperpresentsaholisticframeworkofsuccessfactorsaswellastheassociatedmeansforachievingsuccess.Thisframeworkintrodu
3、cesninefactors,namelyculture,leadership,communication,Informationtechnology,strategicalignment,people,projectmanagement,performancemeasurementandmethodology.Eachofthesefactorsarecharacterizedfurtherbydefiningsomesub-constructsandundereachsubconstructthemeansforachievingsucc
4、essarealsointroduced.ThisframeworkincludingmeansforachievingsuccesscanbeusefulforBPMprojectstakeholdersinadequatelyplanningtheinitiativeandcheckingtheprogressduringtheimplementation.Thissectionpresentstheresearchfindings,whichincludesadetailedpresentationoftheBPMsuccessfact
5、orsandmeansframework.(1)CultureCultureiscomposedofvalues,beliefs,attitudesandbehavioursinpeoples’mindthatdistinguishonegrouporcategoryofpeoplefromanother.Organizationalcultureprovidesunwrittenandoftenunspokenguidelinesforhowtogetalongintheorganization.CulturecanhelpBPMproje
6、ctprogressbyleadingittosuccessoritcanhindertheattempt.Forinstance,Introducingemployeeempowermenttohierarchicalorganizationswouldbeseenwithscepticism,anditwouldnotbeacceptedbyeithermanagersoremployees.Since,organizationculturecannotbechangedinashortperiodoftime,thereforeitsc
