1、附录一:英文原文MEANSOFACHIEVINGBUSINESSPROCESSMANAGEMENTSUCCESSFACTORSBusinessProcessManagement(BPM)inrecentyearshasbecomeahighestpriorityareaformostorganizations.Sincethisconceptismultidisciplinary,successinthisendeavourrequiresconsideringdifferentfactors.Anumber
2、ofstudieshavebeenconductedtoidentifythesefactors;however,mostarelimitedtotheintroductionofhigh-levelfactorsortotheidentificationofthemeansofsuccesswithinonlyaspecificcontext.Thispaperpresentsaholisticframeworkofsuccessfactorsaswellastheassociatedmeansforach
3、ievingsuccess.Thisframeworkintroducesninefactors,namelyculture,leadership,communication,Informationtechnology,strategicalignment,people,projectmanagement,performancemeasurementandmethodology.Eachofthesefactorsarecharacterizedfurtherbydefiningsomesub-constru
4、ctsandundereachsubconstructthemeansforachievingsuccessarealsointroduced.ThisframeworkincludingmeansforachievingsuccesscanbeusefulforBPMprojectstakeholdersinadequatelyplanningtheinitiativeandcheckingtheprogressduringtheimplementation.Thissectionpresentsthere
5、searchfindings,whichincludesadetailedpresentationoftheBPMsuccessfactorsandmeansframework.(1)CultureCultureiscomposedofvalues,beliefs,attitudesandbehavioursinpeoples’mindthatdistinguishonegrouporcategoryofpeoplefromanother.Organizationalcultureprovidesunwrit
6、tenandoftenunspokenguidelinesforhowtogetalongintheorganization.CulturecanhelpBPMprojectprogressbyleadingittosuccessoritcanhindertheattempt.Forinstance,Introducingemployeeempowermenttohierarchicalorganizationswouldbeseenwithscepticism,anditwouldnotbeaccepted
7、byeithermanagersoremployees.Since,organizationculturecannotbechangedinashortperiodoftime,thereforeitscharacteristicsshouldbeseenaspredecessorsforsuccessBPMproject.Infact,someculturalcharacteristicsinorganizationsprovidesuitableconditionsforthesuccessofaBPMp
