1、光棒引导气管插管在颈椎手术患者中的临床应用[摘要]目的观察光棒引导气管插管应用于颈椎手术患者的临床效果。方法将60例行择期颈椎手术的患者随机分为L组(喉镜组)、LW组(光棒组)。L组患者采用喉镜行气管插管，LW组患者采用光棒引导行气管插管。记录两组患者气管插管所用时间、插管成功率和24h内不良反应的发生率。结果LW组气管插管所用时间明显少于L组(P0.05)。2.2两组患者的插管成功率、插管时间比较LW组插管成功率明显高于L组，差异有统计学意义(P[3]Nofal0.Awakelight-aidedblindnasalintubation：P
