3、·····································29中文摘要分子靶向药物在非小细胞肺癌中的研究进展摘要在世界范围内肺癌位居恶性肿瘤发病率及死亡率首位，其中非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）占80％～85％。目前经手术、放疗和化疗等综合治疗后，其5年生存率仍低于15％。分子靶向药物作为一种新型治疗药物，与传统的手术、放化疗相比，因其与肿瘤细胞上特定的靶点产生特异性结合，精准打击肿瘤细胞而对正常的细胞损伤较小，所以无论临床疗效和毒副反应均有明显优势。这种新的治疗方式显著提高了患者的生存期及生活质量。现已成为NSCLC治疗的研
