1、高血压优质护理服务模式的构建与实施陈敏杨英解放军总医院健康研究院国宾二科北京100853【摘要】目的探讨高血压优质护理服务模式的构建以及实施.方法选取我科收治的高血压患者100例(2012年12月〜2014年12月)作为研究对象，通过随机分组的方法，将其分为对照组与干预组，每组患者50例.对照组患者采用常规护理服务模式,干预组患者应用优质护理服务模式，对比2组患者的护理效果以及护理满意度.结果干预组患者的护理总有效例数为43例(86.00%)，护理满意度例数为48例(96.00%)，对照组患者的护理总有效例数为36例(72.00%)，护理满意度例数为37例(74.00
