2、veusedpoly-silanes,TMOS,TEOSandwaterglassassilicasourcepreparedSilicaAerogels,butTMOSistoxic,TEOSisexpensive,inrecentyears,SiliconAerogelswaspreparedfromwaterglass.Thewet-gelstrengthislow,Gelcrackingandcrushingoftenoccurintheprocessofatmosphericpressure,difficulttoobtainalowd
3、ensity,highspecificsurfaceareaofaerogels,andtheprocessisnotstable,thepreparationperiodislonger,andthepreparationprocessproducesalargenumberoforganicwasteliquid.Itisdifficulttomeetthedemandofindustrialproductioninthisway,andnomarketcompetitivepower.SilicaAerogelsoftenisproduce
4、dinthesol-gelprocesswithsupercriticalethanolmoredryingtothepreparation,butwhichusesalcoholasinflammable,explosive,supercriticaldryingmediumandhighoperatingtemperature,whichmakeitsindustrialapplicationbycertainrestrictions,sotheresearchonCO2assupercriticaldryingmediumpreparati
5、ontechnologyhasveryimportantpracticalsignificance.ThispaperistostudythestabilityofthepreparationofSilicaAerogelsprocessoptimization,andexploretheoptimumparameterwhichSilicaAerogelswaspreparedfromwaterglassviaCO2supercriticaldryingprocess,atthesametimecombinedwithavarietyofana
6、lysismethodsofSilicaAerogelsmicrostructure,phasestructure,specificsurfaceareaandporesizedistribution,hydrophobicproperties,structuralpropertiessuchasthermalinsulationperformancewastested.Low-densitySilicaAerogelswaspreparedfromwaterglass.Thispaperchoosesthreetypesofmaturingpr
7、ocesstocarrythecomparativeexperiments,showstheinfluenceofSilicaAerogelspreparation,andusesabsoluteethylethanoltohelpagingavoidthethicknetworkskeleton;meanwhile,absoluteethylethanol’s“lockingwatereffect”canreplacethewaterinthewetgelpores,reducesthecapillaryforces.Thetapdensity
