3、··································································24中文摘要脑梗死相关生物标记物的研究进展摘要脑血管病已经跃升为导致中国居民死亡的第一位原因。在临床实践中,对于考虑诊断脑卒中的患者,需进行出血性及缺血性的鉴别,同时许多疾病如偏头痛、癫痫发作等可能与脑卒中有类似的临床表现。在脑卒中的诊治过程中,特别是脑梗死早期诊断的过程,目前进行鉴别诊断的方法主要有两种,一是临床医生对症状、体征的经验性判断,二是相应的影像学检查,但是这
4、两种方法都有一定的局限性。生物标记物作为客观的,反映特征性变化的观察指标,可以在脑梗死的早期诊断、个体化治疗、病因学分类及二级预防策略制定等多个环节中为临床医生提供指导,提高脑梗死诊治过程的精准度。将外周血作为组织来源的生物标记物采集及检测过程较为方便,随着科学技术及实验方法的不断进步,越来越多与脑梗死相关的血液学生物标记物被发现。本文从诊断性及治疗性两个角度入手,对脑梗死相关生物标记物的研究成果进行综述,以期给临床医生及未来研究提供借鉴意义。关键词:脑梗死,生物标记物,早期诊断,治疗性,蛋白质组,m

6、pticseizuresmayhavesimilarclinicalmanifestationswithstroke.Intheprogressesofdiagnosisandtreatmentofstroke,especiallyintheearlydiagnosisofcerebralinfarction,itismainlydependentontheclinicaldoctors'judgmentandimagingexamination,whichhascertainlimitations.
7、Biomarkersasobjectiveindexes,canprovideclinicaldoctorswithguidancefortheearlydiagnosis,individualizedtreatment,etiologicclassificationandthesecondarypreventionstrategyaboutcerebralinfarction.Asaresult,improvetheprecisionintheprocessofdiagnosisandtreatme
