7、症,注意力下降、记忆力受损、学习能力下降、思维语言受损等为主要表现。老年患者有很大部分发生了术后谵妄或者发展成为术后认知障碍,而且与远期痴呆有紧密联系。目前七氟烷在临床中被广泛应用,是较为理想的吸入麻醉药,易于各年龄病人接受。血/气分配系数较低、麻醉深度控制性较强,并有一定程度的肌肉松弛作用,在麻醉中可以做到快速诱导和苏醒。对于应用如此广泛的中枢神经系统药物,在不断地推广应用的同时,其用药安全性越来越成为人们关注的焦点。大量研究逐渐证实,七氟烷等吸入性麻醉药是存在神经毒性安全风险
