1、口腔颂面部鳞癌的手术切除及修复重建36例临床分析张慧（遂宁市中心医院口腔科四川遂宁629000）【摘要】目的：分析U腔颂面部鱗癌患者的手术切除方法和面部修复重建效果。方法：选取我院口腔颌面外科收治的口腔颌面部鳞癌患者36例，均在我院接受手术治疗以及修复重建。结果：木组患者中，随访期间33例患者手术后无复发以及转移的情况发生，且术后患者U腔以及颂面部恢复情况良好，有1例上颌窦鳞癌患者在术后2年复发，肿瘤细胞转移至患者颅内导致患者死亡，1例口底鳞癌患者术后3年全身骨性转移导致患者死亡，1例患者术后2年岀现脑出血及相关并发症对症治疗无效后患者因脏器功能袞竭死亡

2、。修复重建患者中,2例胸大肌肌皮瓣修复后出现边缘性的小部分组织坏死，形成口腔瘘，其他患者无相关并发症发生。结论：外科手术治疗是现临床上治疗口腔颂面部鳞癌患者的主要治疗方法，而患者术后进行修复重建有利于提高患者的生活质量及其对抵抗病魔的自信心。【关键词】口腔颌面部鳞癌；手术切除；修复重建【中图分类号】R782【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)23-0034-02Surgicalresectionandreconstructionoforalandmaxillofacialsquamouscellcarcinoma:aclinical
