1、AStudyofEffectiveClassroomManagementinPrimarySchoolEnglishTeaching【摘要】课堂管理是促成有效教学最显要的因素之一。在中国,随着新课程标准的实施,关于课堂管理的研究在近年来受到了人们的广泛关注。英语,在中国作为一门外语,是从小学到大学的一门重要课程,而小学又是孩子获取英语基础技能的根本阶段。因此,基于布罗菲的教学理论,本文着重从:1)师生在课堂上的互动关系;2)有效的课堂组织;3)小学英语课堂纪律这三方面对课堂管理做了研究。在历史和当前有关这一领域的各种各样的研究成果的帮助下,再根据近距离的课堂观察结果,本文指出了在英语课堂中普遍

2、存在的问题,并且在最后总结了有效的课堂管理技巧。【关键词】课堂管理;师生关系;课堂组织;纪律【Abstract】Classroommanagementisoneofthemostinfluentialfactorsthatcontributetotheefficiencyofteaching.InChina,withtheimplementationofNewSyllabus,thestudiesonclassroommanagementhaveenjoyedextensiveattentioninrecentyears.English,asaforeignlanguageinChina,is

3、amajorsubjectfromprimaryschoolstouniversity.AnditisanessentialstageforprimaryschoolchildrentoacquirebasicEnglishskills.Therefore,basedonJereBrophy’stheory,astudyofclassroommanagementiscarriedoutinthisarticlefromthreeaspects:1)theinteractiverelationshipbetweenteachersandstudentsintheclassroom;2)theef
