1、AStudyofEffectiveClassroomManagementinPrimarySchoolEnglishTeaching【摘要】课堂管理是促成有效教学最显要的因素之一。在中国，随着新课程标准的实施，关于课堂管理的研究在近年来受到了人们的广泛关注。英语，在中国作为一门外语，是从小学到大学的一门重要课程，而小学又是孩子获取英语基础技能的根本阶段。因此，基于布罗菲的教学理论，本文着重从：1）师生在课堂上的互动关系；2）有效的课堂组织；3）小学英语课堂纪律这三方面对课堂管理做了研究。在历史和当前有关这一领域的各种各样的研究成果的帮助下，再根据近距离的课堂观察结果，本文指出了在英语课堂中普遍
