1、探析舒适护理在腔镜妇科恶性肿瘤手术中的应用顾敏霞［摘要］目的探讨与分析舒适护理在腔镜妇科恶性肿瘤手术中应用效果。方法将2012年6月到2013年12月于我院接受腔镜手术治疗的60例妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组与观察组各30例，对对照组患者给予常规基础护理，对观察组患者则在对照组基础上给予舒适护理，对比观察两组患者的治疗及护理效果。结果观察组患者收缩压异常1例占3.33%，舒张压异常2例占6.67%,对照组收缩压异常6例占20.00%,舒张压异常8例，占26.67%,观察组血压异常波动人数显著低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。观察组患者中轻度焦虑人数共2例占6.67%,中度焦虑

2、1例占3.33%,无焦虑27例，占90.00%;对照组患者无焦虑8例，占26.67%,轻度焦虑6例，占20.00%，中度焦虑9例占30.0%,重度焦虑7例占23.33%,对比两组患者心理稳定情况，观察组患者显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论对接受腔镜手术治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者宜选用舒适护理方案，在降低临床不良反应发生率，提高治疗效果方面有显著的意义。［关键词］妇科恶性肿瘤腔镜手术疼痛效果DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2014.27.58作者单位：215600江苏张家港，江苏省张家港市第一人民医院［作者简介］顾敏霞（1978-）,女，木科，江苏省张家港市第一
