1、中小学体育教师职业幸福感的影响因素及提升策略摘要:以职业生存状态为基础,通过问卷调查和数理统计分析,从个人因素、工作特性、组织支持、社会支持4个方面对中小学体育教师职业幸福感的影响因素进行研究,结果表明:个人因素、工作特性、组织支持、社会支持均与中小学体育教师职业幸福感显著相关,其中最为重要的因素包括:(1)中小学体育教师对工作的期待和兴趣以及自我价值的实现;(2)中小学体育教师工作与健康紧密联系的特点,以及在工作中特有的成就感和挑战性;(3)学校对中小学体育教师工作的合理评价和积极鼓励;(4)家长及家人朋友对中小学体育教师工作的支持。由此提出提升中小学体育教师职业幸福感的策略:(1)加
