1、中小学体育教师职业幸福感的影响因素及提升策略摘要：以职业生存状态为基础，通过问卷调查和数理统计分析，从个人因素、工作特性、组织支持、社会支持4个方面对中小学体育教师职业幸福感的影响因素进行研究，结果表明：个人因素、工作特性、组织支持、社会支持均与中小学体育教师职业幸福感显著相关，其中最为重要的因素包括：（1）中小学体育教师对工作的期待和兴趣以及自我价值的实现；（2）中小学体育教师工作与健康紧密联系的特点，以及在工作中特有的成就感和挑战性；（3）学校对中小学体育教师工作的合理评价和积极鼓励；（4）家长及家人朋友对中小学体育教师工作的支持。由此提出提升中小学体育教师职业幸福感的策略：（1）加
