1、乙型肝炎患者血清免疫球蛋白的临床检验探讨郑磊梁山县人民医院摘要：R的探讨乙型肝炎患者血淸免疫球蛋白的临床检验意义。方法选取该院2015年1月一2016年1月收治的63例慢性乙型肝炎患者，以及同期健康体检者30名，根据病情不同分为中轻度乙肝组33例、重度乙肝组30例、健康体检对照组30名。使用免疫比浊法对3组进行免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平测定并进行比较。结果中轻度乙肝组TgA(3.32±0.37)g/L、TgG(12.94±2.13)g/L、IgM(2.57±0.69)g/L,重度乙肝组IgA(4.01±

2、0.72)g/L、IgG(17.63±3.27)g/L、IgM(3.07±0.97)g/L，均高于健康体检对照组，差异有统计学意义(1X0.05)。好转患者IgA(2.61±0.43)g/L、IgG(13.03±2.11)g/L、IgM(2.28±0.14)g/L,恶化患者IgA(3.49±0.72)g/L、IgG(16.72±2.97)g/L、TgM(2.99±0.97)g/L，好转患者与恶化患者比较，差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者进行免疫球蛋白检验可观察免疫球蛋白水平，为疾病分型提供
