2、业的业务发展、人员调配关系密切，因此越来越多的企业开始探索适合自身企业发展的培训机制，A钻井公司正处于快速发展的阶段，更加迫切需要进行人力资源培训方面的研究。文章首先对研究背景和意义进行阐述，在充分研究国内外关于人力资源培训方面研究现状的基础上，提出研究所需要的方法和技术路线。然后对与人力资源培训相关的理论进行阐述，为研究提供理论基础。在对A钻井公司人力资源培训的现状调研的基础上，找出当前存在的问题，完善更符合公司需要的人力资源培训体系。具体从培训体系的组织构架，培训内容的制定以及培训的操作流程等方面确定体系内容。然后提出A钻井公司
