1、小剂量芬太尼联合布比卡因用于腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中预防寒战和牵拉痛的临床观察陈秋宇唐祖恩(达州市屮心医院麻醉科四川达州635000)【摘要】目的观察应用小剂量芬太尼联合布比卡因用于腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术屮预防寒战与牵拉痛的临床效果。方法将我院2011年1月到2012年2月间收录的100例在腰硬联合麻醉K行剖宫产术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉用药为0.75%布比卡因1.2ml+芬太尼20μg(0.4ml)+脑脊液稀释至2.5ml,对照组蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉用药为0.75

2、%的亦比卡因1.2mL+脑脊液稀释至2.5ml。分别观察两组患者寒战与牵拉痛的发生情况，以及平均动脉压和心率的变化情况。结果观察组和对照组患者在术前、注药后以及术毕时间点的平均动脉压和心率比较无明显的差异(P>0.05),统计学无意义。观察组寒战发生率、牵拉痛的疼痛率均明显低于对照组的情况(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论临床屮应用小剂量芬太尼联合布比卡因用于腰硬联合麻醉能够预防剖宫产术屮寒战的出现，并有效降低牵拉痛的发生。【关键词】剖宫产术腰硬联合麻醉布比卡因芬太尼【中图分类号】R614【文献标
