1、目的：研究和探讨昆参颗粒治疗进展期胃癌的疗效和作用机理，为寻找低毒和高效的治疗肿瘤药物及提高肿瘤患者生存质量提供有价值的实验资料。方法：1.将60例符合标准的进展期胃癌患者，随机分为昆参颗粒治疗组30例和参莲胶囊对照组30例，进行临床疗效观察，同吋比较两组的死亡率。2.建立S180及EAC荷瘤小鼠动物模型，随机分为空白对照组、阴性对照组、阳性对照组、小剂量组和大剂量组，每组8只，通过比较给药后各组小鼠的抑瘤作用，计算抑瘤率并进行显著性检验。结果：临床研究昆参颗粒组治疗前后有效率，治疗积分明显高于参莲胶囊组（P<0.05）。实验研宂表明，昆参颗粒对移植性荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长具有明显的
