1、［摘要］目的探?剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠治疗方法。方法选取本院妇产科2015年1月〜2016年1月接收治疗的60例剖宫产后瘢痕妊娠患者为研究对象，按照治疗方法不同进行分组。将接受药物保守治疗后宫腔镜电切除术的30例瘢痕妊娠患者作为对照组，将接受经阴道子宫瘢痕妊娠病灶切除术的另外30例瘢痕妊娠患者作为观察组，比较两组瘢痕妊娠患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组30例瘢痕妊娠患者中。痊愈26例，好转4例，无效0例，总有效率100.0%o对照组30例瘢痕妊娠患者中，痊愈15例，好转10例，无效5例，治疗有效率83.3%。由
