5、isciplines.Neurologicaldiseaseswithclinicalmanifestationsarevariedandcomplex,higher118.制剂处方及工艺的研究资料及文献资料8.1处方克拉霉素250g淀粉32g羟丙基纤维素（L-HPC）6g微粉硅胶4.5g硬脂酸镁1.5g淀粉浆(10%)适量制成1000粒8.2处方依据及处方的筛选过程8.2.1处方依据根据中华国药典2000年版第二部克拉霉素胶囊，规格0.25g/粒。淀粉本方中为玉米淀粉，色泽好，吸湿性弱，产量大，价格低；为白色细微粉末，不溶于水和乙醇，在空气中很稳定，与大多数药物不起作用，吸湿而不

6、潮解，遇水膨胀，为最为广泛的稀释剂和崩解剂，本方中主要用作稀释剂崩解剂。羟丙基纤维素（L-HPC）本品为白色或白色或结晶性粉末，在水中不溶但可吸水溶胀，由于L-HPC粉末有很大的比表面积和孔隙率，故有较大的吸湿速度和吸水量，增加了膨胀性。本品用量，一般可为1%-5%左右，本方中用量为2%。diagnosticimagingdata.Understanding:principlesofdiagnosisandtreatmentofcommontumors;assistedreproductivetechnologies,curettage,gynecologicalendoscopy
