1、牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙根尖周病的临床及影像学评价李玲梅丽琴奎駿魏智避1温州医科大学附属口腔医院儿童口腔科温州医科大学附属口腔医院牙体牙髓科摘要：目的:评价牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙根尖周病的临床及影像学效果，为牙髓血运重建术的临床应用提供科学依据。方法:选择罹患根尖周病的年轻恒牙20颗进行牙髓血运重建术，术后观察18个月，每3个月进行1次临床及影像学评价。临床评价包括临床症状和体征检查，牙髓活力检测;影像学评价包括定性观察根尖周暗影是否消失，定量检测影像牙根区域和根尖孔大小改变。结果:术后18个月所有患牙

2、均无自觉症状，无临床阳性体征，25%（5/20）的患牙可检测到牙髓活力。X线片上所有患牙根尖周暗影消失，50%（10/20）的患牙根尖孔达到完全闭合。影像牙根区域增加从28.13%（术后3个月）上升到99.28%（术后18个月）；根尖孔大小缩小从21.43%（术后3个月）上升到77.05%（术后18个月）。结论:牙髓血运重建术能使根尖周炎年轻恒牙牙根继续生长。关键词：年轻恒牙;牙髓血运重建术;临床研究;影像学评价;作者简介：李玲（1982~）,女，浙江人，主治医师，硕士，主要从事儿童口腔医学的研宄工作。作者简
