1、血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与替米沙坦降压疗效关系研宄粪洪涛杜凤和陈步星通讯作者首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院北京100050【摘要】A的探讨血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因的插入/缺失(I/D)多态性与替米沙坦降压疗效之间的关系.方法符合WHO/ISH高血压诊断标准的轻屮度高血压患者148例,服用替米沙坦单药治疗8周,在临床观察疗效的同时,应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)对患者ACE棊因I/D多态性进行分析,同时测定空腹血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C}等生物化学
2、指标.结果ACEI/D各基因型在药物治疗后每一组患者的血压均有下降,每一组治疗前后SBP、DBP的差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);而治疗前后收缩压、舒张压及降压幅度在各组之间无明显差异(P〉0.05).结论ACEI/D基因多态性与替米沙坦降压疗效无相关性.【关键词】高血压;血管紧张素转换酶;棊因多态性;血管紧张素II1型受体拮抗剂AssociationBetweenPolymorphismofAngiotensinConvertingEnzymeGeneandpressure—lowingresponsetotelmi
