1、穴位按摩干预剖宫产硬膜外麻醉后寒战的效果研究刘佳1、黄海龙2、李琳2、陈静2、曾雯2、郝义2、邸铁涛3（1.贵阳中医学院第二附属医院护理部550001；2.贵阳中医学院第二附属医院手术室550001；3.贵阳中医学院护理学院研究生550001）［摘要］目的：剖宫产硬膜外麻醉后寒战为常见并发症，为了解除寒战，减少随之而来的影响，采用穴位按摩干预剖宫产患者术中寒战，并进行临床对比观察。方法：选择我院2014年6月至2014年12月剖宫产手术患者60例，随机分为观察组30例及对照组30例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上，采用穴位按
2、摩进行护理干预，并将相应时段测得的体温平均值、临床并发症的发生率进行对比分析。结果：观察组比对照组术后寒战发生率降低16.67%,两组差异只有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：穴位按摩能有效干预剖宫产硬膜外麻醉后寒战，并减少术中并发症的发生，值得在临床中推广应用。［关键词］穴位按摩；硬膜外麻醉后；寒战；效果Theeffectresearchofacupointmassageoninterventionofshiveringduringcesareansectionunderepiduralanesthesia/LiuJial,HuangH
