3、tiveoftimeanddistance,ilarinstitutionsinGermany(Feruniversitat);NHKinJapan;ortheChineseTelevisionUniversity.Broadcastofeducationaltelevisionbecamemoreflexibleestudyforthelearner.Theputerandthesatelliteconvergingtogetherpavedtheresearchintothecognitiveandlearningsciences,media

4、teprecursortothevirtualuniversity,.Thetechnologicalpossibilitieshavemadecollaborationandcooperationamust.Itisthepurposeofthispapertoexplorestrategiesincrucialareasandvariousmechanismsforcollaboration.StrategiesforPedagogicalinputsforanagingLearnerCentredness:Theroleofeffectiv
