1、探讨40例小切口微创手术治疗疝气的效果向黎明(四川省广元市妇幼保健院普外科四川广元628017)【摘要】目的：探讨40例小切口微创手术治疗疝气的效果。方法：选取自2012年10月一2013年9月期间，我院收治的80例小儿疝气的患儿进行研宄分析。根据患儿家属选择手术方法的不同分为观察组和对照组。采用小切口微创疝气手术进行治疗的40例患儿为观察组，釆用传统疝气手术治疗的40例患儿为对照组。治疗后，对比分析两组患儿手术治疗的各项指标和并发症的发生情况。结果：在经过治疗之后，对比患儿手术治疗的各项指标情况，观察组的患者手术时间、术中出血量、
2、自主活动时间、住院时间，均短于对照组的时间；对比两组患儿发牛.并发症的情况，观察组的患者出现疝复发、切口感染、阴囊水肿、腹胀等并发症发生情况明显低于对照组，二者间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：小切U微创手术治疗小儿疝气与传统的疝气手术相比较，手术时间更短，伤口更小，对患儿的身体创伤小，有利于缩短患儿术后的康复时间，且提高了患儿手术的安全性，降低了并发症的发生率等优点，应在临床中进行推广和使用。【关键词】小切U微创手术；疝气；小儿；安全性【中图分类号】R256.45【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1003-5028(2
