1、2型糖尿病患者真菌性泌尿系感染的真菌菌群分布及耐药性分析山东省临沂罗庄屮心医院276017【摘要】目的分析2型糖尿病并发泌尿系感染的病原菌分布及耐药性,以给当前临床上抗菌药物的合理使用提供参考依据。方法将病原菌用常规的方法分离开,然后运用沉渣划线法对血平板、麦康凯平板进行接种,然后放置于35aC的孵育箱屮培养24h,之后鉴定菌种并进行药敏试验。结果300例标本屮共分离出316株细菌,同时检出细菌和真菌两种共5例,其屮革兰阴性菌共有154株,占48.73%;革兰阳性菌共有131株,占41.46%;真菌共有31株,占9.81%。316株病原菌屮共有30株真菌没有做药敏试
2、验,其余286株病原菌屮大肠埃希菌对青霉素类耐药性较高,其屮青霉素G的耐药性为94.03%,表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对氨苄西林耐药性最高均为100.0%,粪肠球菌对红霉素耐药性最高为100.0%。结论2型糖尿病患者并发泌尿系感染具有较高的发病率,病原菌的种类大部分都是革兰阴性菌和革兰阴性菌,真菌感染比较多,耐药菌株也堉加丫,临床上在选择抗菌药物时应该根据病原菌的种类和药敏结果科学的选择药物,以保证抗菌效果。【关键词】2型糖鉍病;泌鉍系统感染;病原菌分布和耐药性[Abstract]Objective:Toanalyzethedistributiona
