1、生理盐水冲洗联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研宄李兴(新疆伊宁市武警8660部队医院新疆伊宁835000)【摘要】A的观察生理盐水冲洗联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将130例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为3组，分别采用关节内生理盐水(NS)冲洗、玻璃酸钠(HA)关节内注射、生理盐水冲洗+玻璃酸钠注射(NS+HA)治疗，临床观察膝关节疼痛、肿胀和功能改善情况，并进行评分，三类评分累加为症状体征积分，以此评价疗效。结果各组患者治疗后即时症状体征积分均明显降低，并随时间延长，积分呈平缓下降，第8周治疗结束后，各组症状体征积分均较治疗前降低(t=10.
