1、瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观李巧转季波江苏省泰兴市人民医院神经内科江苏泰兴225400作者简介:李巧转，女,(1981一)，硕士研究生，主治医师，研究方向:急性脑血管病的重症监护.【摘要】目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法选取泰兴市人民医院神经内科2014—06至2015—03收治的急性脑梗死患者84例为研宄对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组42例,在常规治疗的基础上给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗;对照组42例，给予常规治疗,包括抗血小板、管理血压血糖、神经营养等，连续治疗3个月.记录比较两组患者

2、治疗前、后血清超敏C_反应蛋白(hs_CRP)和脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp—PLA2)水平变化，并对患者进行神经功能缺损程度评分，评价疗效.结果两组治疗后血清Hs—CRP和Lp一PLA2均有明显降低，并且治疗组二者降低更明显(P<0??05);治疗组NHISS评分显著低于对照组(P<0??05);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0??05).结论瑞伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死能够显著降低患者的NHISS评分，疗效显著.【关键词】瑞舒伐他汀;急性脑梗死;超敏C-反应蛋白;脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2CurativeEffect
